TruDiag is an AI-powered medical report analysis tool. Users can upload medical images and lab reports to receive AI-generated interpretations, risk assessments, and downloadable PDF reports.

TruDiag is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnoses. All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. The Service:

• Should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decision
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
• Is not intended for emergency medical situations

TruDiag, its logo, design, and all related content are the property of the Service owner. You retain ownership of any medical documents you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

TruDiag and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated analysis.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
